Print out of MSDS

Hello,

I would like to take a print out of following document when i do the business transaction.

1.if do the GR in MIGO i should get label.

2.When i do the delivery in VL01N i need to get MSDS.

3.And SOP as well.

can you please tell me what is the procedure and how to do this.

2.) I believe in SAP SD there is a link to report Information management transaction of EH&S based on the sales order and the material. You mark one material number and use the menu and then you will get the MSDS: I am not using this functionality; therefore I can not provide you more informations (in SD the MSDS shipping process is integrated either in sales or in delivery depending on your needs)

Do you mean: you would like to see the MSDS on screen? get it printed on a printer nearby? In any case: the suggestions of George can be usefull to achive your objective/aim/goal

3.) Here the SAP EH&S IHS module is explained and how SOPs can be generated or handled etc.

Hi,

I am not sure what exactly you are looking for

But the following points may helpful

1. To get MSDS at the time of delivery

In the basic settings You define Specify Shipping reasons--Delivery(Reason type )and maintain Business process as MSDS_DIST

You need to do other customizings..Also in output type(NACE) you need to have application needed for Delivery..(I know for sales order you need to take "V1" )and also you need to have the output type SDB .Also mainatin the other required settings.

2.To get label at the time of GR in MIGO

Labelling scenario-Goods receipt in GLM module(Specify labelling scenarios).You need to do a lot of other customizing as well.
