Not Able to do LB11\LB12 for 311

Dear All,

I am confused as i am unable to create a TO w.ref to TR,

TR which is Auto set for stock Transfer form Sto. loc to Sto. loc.

But as per my knowledge " Stock Transfer form Sto. loc to Sto. loc (Mov Type 311)"

is nothing Transfer Posting Change,so for this how TR is created Inspite it should create PCN in LU04.

Please help me to understand this scenario.
