Sales Report

Dear Experts,

Is there any standard report in SAP for taking comparison reports for sales.

Ex: Comparing Sales of this year and last year, comparing sales of this month and last month, comparison between different products etc.

Please help.

Dear Simon,

You can use a QUERY in sqvi based on the input as DATE from VBRK and choose the relevant fields from VBRK and VBRP.

Such reports are possible only by means of SIS (sales information structure) as these are a kind of reports which also records the amendments (rather overwriting) and gives the exact figures of previous periods. You need to develop an info structure (tcode MC21) with the required fields, study more on the SIS and then think of creating . Once you create an info structure you will not get the previous data, after info strucure creation as you continue to do transaction system will start to update the order values which can be viewed using transaction MCSI. It may not solve your immediate requirement, but will help you in long run.

Alternatively you can search the forum for more details on how to create a query.

After creating query, as per the input/output you need, you can create variants and save.

We dont have the standard report in SAP for your requirement.

Develop a Zee Report by taking the help of ABAPers and extract the data as per your requirement.

Hi,

I dont think there is any standard report for your requirement. You can look at using BI for this purpose. Do the planning in BI and get the actuals from ECC and make a compariosion report.
