Hi Experts,
We have refreshed our quality system with production system recently. Today when I was creating sales order through SNC I didn't find any XML message created in APO. TLB ran successfully & I can see sales order created on SNC Web Portal but I am not able to see any XML message in SXMB_MONI transaction. Eve it didn't tranfer to XI as well.
Can anyone help me on this one? What is the cause of the issue?
Thanks & Regards

Hi All,
Please kindly check the below data:
1- BADI's which are used for order creation. Are there any problem ?
2- Validations which are used customly.
Also SLG1 control can help you to identify the problem. Otherwise its a show stopper please use below report and puslibh the order /SCA/ORDER_PUBLISH.
This report can used only during business continue plans.

Hi Vinod,
When we run the TLB it was locking the SLD access (SLDAPICUST) User's password so we reset that password & rerun the TLB & found XMLs got generated in SXMB_MONI transaction. BUT those are in RED status with message "HTTP response contains status code 401 with the description Unauthorized".
Can anyone suggest me the solution of this issue?
Thanks & Regards

Hi Sujay
If the user used in communication between your XI and Sending system is locked
You will get this error message
Go to SM59, Check the RFC connection to XI system. (ABAP connection type 3)
Double click the RFC connection, go to logon& security tab. copy the user and in su01 transaciton unlock the user.
Try to check whether RFC is working fine after that or not by doing connectiontest and remote logon
Try to restart xmls it should work
Regards
Vinod
