Reverse Proxy Help

Has anyone created a reverse proxy for the portal? I'm am trying to configure the java code for a reverse proxy on the SR1 portal. However, I do not know what to enter in the

I have been using the pdf How to Configure the Reverse Proxy filter for SAP Enterprise Portal 6.0 SP2.

Any ideas?
