If you need to modify the reports or applications you'll need to make these changes on BW (templates) or CRM (BSPs, Alerts, etc...).

You can also make many changes via the content administrator…the source code all contained in the back-end CRM sytem's BSPs.

I have contacted SAP about the schedule for redeveloping the CRM business Package with WebDypro. SAP has not set a date for the conversion of the business package to WebDypro, but when this occurs, you will be able to perform many more modifications.

I have performed vast changes to the ESS business package and the supporting JAVA code (this business package uses WebDynpro). Once the conversion of the CRM business package has been made to WebDynpro, you will be able to make the code dance.

We need a date for the release of the WebDynpro CRM business package.

FYI…you will need to start researching JDI for your Basis team. This can cause a delay if not put in place when using WebDynpro.

Take Care,

Hi,

SAP business package iviews for CRM can be modified from CRM. In CRM its called PCUI - people centric UI. After deploying the business package, you can work with an iview to chage their views. You can change the look and feel, add fields, remove tabstrips etc., All these things are controlled view configuration.

Most of the Iviews have their BSP services in CRM. CRM_BSP_FRAME is the base BSP service. Blueprint tables controls the loading of the element groups in BSP application. if we control the requirement in blueprint tables you should be able to change your iviews. Always change and create your own application.

Use transaction crmc_blueprint_c transaction to do all your settings. use bluprint application builder to change the iviews. read more documentation from congif to change the views.

Hope this should help you to change your Iviews.

SAP does not include or provide the source for any iViews or BP.

Hi Gopi,

The BP for CRM4.0 contains jsp files and property files, just evaluate those files and check whether your requirements can be modified or not.

Hi Gopi,

The business package downloaded / uploaded to your EP, can be make changes in CRM via Blueprint Application Builder and CRM Desinger.

IN BAB you can copy the existing application / view to new application / view. These views can be changed like change in sequence of tabs / tool bars / addition of new fields done using CRM designer.

For the created new view you can establish link from your CRM to EP by assigning this CRM created view URL in EP view applicaiton parameters.

Trust You could able to follow it.
