CPPO: Portal Copy Tool Error

We are trying to run the copy tool on the source server to take the image. We use the Example syntax in the CPPO user guide.

When it runs, it asks us for the password and then once we enter the password, the tool does a kill -9 on our shells and stops. Has anyody ever run this tool, or had similar problems?
