Dunning Activities

Hi,

We are trying to add a functionality to dunning procedure we follow.

I am looking for an FQevet where i can check dunning level and send an email to customer with amount pending and stop printing dunning letter for certain dunning level.

And also event where i can send both email and letter for certain dunning level.

Hi Anjana,

The printing of dunning notices is an activity type assigned to the dunning level.

The activity types is linked to a function module,which creates the entry in the correspondence container for the correspondence program to process it and generate the spool request or a flat file.

So if you are trying to restrict the printing of the dunning letter based on the amount, you need to check for the Dunning configuration and dunning level configuration in particular to sort it out.

I am really confused what should i choose FQEVENT or BTE.. but non of them has any parameter to stop printing the dunning letters.

Did you check the P/S BTE 00001705 to 00001799 (Tr. BERE or FIBF)
