Screen Painter in SAP8.8 patch level 10

Hi,

My screen painter is not installed on SAP 8.8 patch level 10.

I have upgraded the Screen painter. bt still it gives me error message as:

Add on Screen painter is disconnected:

1)Restart Add-on

2)Log of the current company

3)continue working without this Add-on

Plz help me out...........

Hi,

Welcome you post on the forum.

When you got such error, you need to clean up your system and then do a clean reinstall.

Clean install is not easy. You have to make sure the old installation completely removed.
