SAP MAIL to OUTLOOK Requirement

Hi,

Requirement: While forwarding a PARTICULAR Mail (not all mail)From SAP inbox(USER 1) TO USER 2(SAP INBOX), the same mail should be sent to the OUTLOOK of user 2.

While the help of configuration or settings able to send a mail to outlook(but this was happenening to all mails.)

Need Pointers to achieve that requirement.

How should the system distinguish between sending a mail to outlook or not? The only way to do that is to have a differnet email addresse for Outlook and SAP.

Hi,

what i meant to say is while setting the auto - forward(setting) in SBWP, for all the mails i am forwarding from SAP inbox, since i have set the auto forward with a receiver all mails are forwarded to that receiver set in the auto-forward.

but my requirement while forwarding a specific mail from SAP inbox it should be forwarded to user2 sap inbox and also outlook of user2(automatic)

Need pointers.

"specifc" means this is done once? Or what is the thing that distinguishes a normal mail from a "specifc" one?

If you do this manually you can enter one time the SAP user name and secondly the email addresse.

Let me clearly explain :if a sales order is blocked due to a credit block, a mail should be sent to a responsible clerk(SAP inbox) with a link to VKM3 transaction if the clerk does not have authority to release that sales order he has to sent the mail to his manager(sap inbox) while forwarding to managers sap inbox a same should be sent to his outlook id automatically.

Need Poniters.
