Blank fields of data type "date" in CR

Dear Users,

we have some trouble with fields of data type "date" in our CR report.

CR is connected to a SAP BW MDX query.

The fields with data type "date" appear blank and there are no values in "browse field data" or "browse data".

All other data types (string, unit) work fine throughout the whole report and in every subreport etc.

The date fields are navigational attributes in the bw query.

When I copy the SQL query and run it in SAP transaction "mdxtest" the correct dates are displayed.

CR is version: 12.2.8.638

Any ideas how to handle this issue? Seems like the data for date fields gets lost on the way to CR?

Hi,

which version of Crystal Reports and the SAP integration Kit are you using ?

in case you applied service packs did you also update the corresponding ABAP Transports from the Service pack ?

We are experiencing the exact same issue on Crystal Reports 2011 (Version 14.0.2.364). Is there a fix or workaround for this?

Import transports includes in the instalation package of crystal reports 2011.
