Unable to send confirmation for Approval

Hi All,

We are SRM 7.0 Extended Classic Scenario. I am able to create a Shopping Cart and getting it approved. Also able to create PO for the shopping cart.

I am getting the following error when I am trying to create Confirmation. After posting the confirmation the status of the confirmation is being shown as Release Rejected instead of going to the approval for approver.

Can you give me any solution for this?
