Hi,
When I try open MII workbench I am getting the below error. Can anyone help ?

It must be the problem of JDK version compatibility with MII version.
Which JDK and MII version are you using right now?

Hi,
I faced same issue following was solution provided my college Adarsh,
It was proxy/firewall issue for me
Go to control panel>Click on java icon>General Tab>Network settings>Select direct connection
or
Go to control panel>Click on java icon>General Tab>Network settings>Use proxy server
than provides details as you have in yopur browser LAN settings (IE)
