Version '0' is not defined for fiscal year 2020

Dear Experts,

When i am hiring a person in infotype 0001 Organizational Assignment throwing error "Version '0' is not defined for fiscal year 2020" when i use default position then shows no error.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Now select 0 version line and double click "settings for each financial year" under controlling area settings .... enter your controlling area ......and maintain version 0 for year 2020

when i check Tcode OKEQ with my FICO team in that table current year 2011 is present, they are saying that we will maintain current year, only.

Please suggest.

Yeah, they cannot maintain the futuristic date in advance. Since your issue in year 2020, check your postion valdiity (i think it is valid from 2020, that should be corrected)

Generally this issue is occurs when when the controlling area isn't linked to the fiscal year in question. Accordingly, I would advise you to check your config. part.

Now Issues is solved by extending the validity of cost center's to 31.12.9999.

Hi all,

I wanted to ask, if I add a future fiscal year for version 0 with OKEQ, will that also affect / allow CO and FI modules? We want to be able to create actions for employees in future years, but we don't want to affect the other modules and allow postings in future years for them.
