Collaboration BP - not working

Myself imported business package for collaboration, which i downloaded from the portfolio.

but Initial_Role - Collaboration Infrastrue is not working, I want to use collaboration rooms in my EP development.

Can anybody help me on this.

So you installed Knowledge Management and applied all the patches. Explain the error or problem your having, not working is a non-descriptive problem.

hi,

i feel the Collaboration BP is fine, but problem is in my system. I do get the below error when ever i click room related links.

'The specified root item cannot be retrieved from the configuration. Correct the entry before trying again'.

Since Room Backend configuration is not done, Room Administration is not working like room creation, etc.,

Even the room backend configuration link is also showing the above error.

So what changes need to make and where to correct this

problem?
