Running Query-error pop up-not enough info to log on

desperate-please help

I can log into Business Objects (12.1.0.), access the Universe, but when I try to run the Query an ERROR will pop-up

: "(NCR)(ODBC Teradata Driver)Not enough info to log on ( WIS10901)"

I have the access and can't figure it out

I appreciate the help

Hi,

Try like closing the DeskI and open it again and run the query even then if problem persists then run the query at Back end(I think teradata in your case) so that we can figure that is there any problem in SQL or in BO (may be access related to user ID)

Thanks for the response. I did all I could and still nothing. It must be access issue and not SQL.

Where can I verify the access as well as reset/activate my user ID in BO/Teradata?

Hi,

1.Try to check with your BO/DBA admin regarding how to get access to respective DB views/tables.

2. Try to login to your Database with provided credentials and check whether your ID has all the required access or not.
