Error calling "Runtime Workbench" pos-intallation of XI 2.0

After installation of "SAP Exchange Infrastructure 2.0" and following all the post installation tasks, everything worked as per the manual except when calling rwb "http://myServer:50000/rwb/index.jsp" the following Error appears after logging in:
