Plant Creation

Hi Gurus,

I have created an Enterprise level company and a Child company below the Enterprise level company.

Now , I want to create a Plant below Child company.

When I manually create a Plant, the company is defaulted as Enterprise company in the Plant and I want it the Child company This field is not editable, so cannot change it to the compnay I want.

I tried to do page customization for Plant, but it didnt help.

Any thoughts.

Hi

Create a extension definition with object reference as company for plant. Also in page customization for plants, hide the field "Company".

This will allow you to choose the company while creating a plant.

By Default company field in plant would always show enterprise company.
