I am facing some problems in date format.

Can any one suggest what are all the precautions we need take during load like date conversion routines, date format change. or any other.

Thanks in Advance.

    Hi Ravi,

make sure your date comes in the SAP internal format YYYYMMDD.

With Flat files you can delete the Transformation Routine associated to the Date Char in the Transfer Structure maintenance (eg PERI6 for CALMONTH) and pass the "internal" format (eg 200401, 200402, ...). This way you won't run into conversion problems.

    Hope it helps
