Business content installation

In Business content when i am trying to install a query (for eg. 0BBP_PO_Q011_V01)

in the status window it showing red saying that some Infoobjects are not available in 'D' version.

Why it is giving this error?

How to rectify it?

Please clarify my doubt.

    Hi Surya,

    does the system tell you which infoobject are not active? If yes, go ahead and transfer those object from content to an active version.

      Hi Surya,

      select your query and set the collection mode to 'all objects in data flow before' (hope this is correct, I translated from german). You should then get a list with all required objects and will be able to transfer them from BCT to active versions.

      May be the collection mode 'only necessary objects' will be enough, check this out first, before you set the mode to what I suggested first.

    Just make sure when you transfer Business Content Infoobjects that you do not transfer an object that has been changed in some way, say 0MATERIAL that has a transfer rule routine. If you mistakenly transfer in 0MATERIAL again, you just wrote over the transfer rules. I speak from experience and it is no fun when you realize you have done this.
