I have many applications using ClickOnce install which use the prerequisite:
The server at resources.businessobjects.com appears to be down and every new installation is currently failing. How can I bring this to the attention of the relevant engineers?

Possibly, it's a third party site that manages the downloads, they specialize in doing this. So it's possibly not just SAP CR runtime having the problem.
I've sent the info off to the person who manages the Site here so he should be contacting them shortly to resolve the problem.

I would like to report that this site is once again down, affecting all new installations of my application. Please can you notify the relevant person.
If this continues I will have to find another way of reporting in my software - I only discover it when a potential customer reports it.
