Link or Blog on Personnel Caluculation Rules in Payroll & Time Management

Can Gurus help me with the PCRs.

I want to learn to write a PCR but need some guidelines how to start. Am confused with Asteriks :D. What does 1 asterik mean, 2 mean, 4 mean etc.

Any link or document or blog that can help me u'stand the concept & logic to write a PCR
