fd32 not updating with update group 000015 and s067 infostructure not found

Hi all,

i am using update group 000015 in credit control ,it is blocking the delivey but fd32 is not getting updated

at all . I checked in omo1 infostructure so66 is there but s067 is not present there ,than i checked in mc24 update

group 000015 with infostructure s067 status is showing as "NEW" but it is not active .Please suggest if i have to activate

the infostructure how to do it ,mainly fd32 and infostructure should be updated is my concern.
