While executing the PS reports CN43N and CJI3, the execution is taking very long time. Can anyone please suggest on this, how to reduce the execution time ?
If the system performance is poor even for running one project then it is better to ask your technical team to do an analysis such as ST04, ST02, ST05, ST06, SE30 ..etc.
For both the reports try to use Dynamic selections to restrict the selection criteria. In case of CJI3 you also have an option of having status selection profile to restrict the selection criteria. Find out more about this from SAP Help.
This should help reduce the time for running the reports.
