KM Configuration - Required actions/options not listing

hi

Please help me why the System Administration -> System Configuration -> Knowledge Management -> Configuration is not listing options like Content Management..., Utilities, TREX, Content Manager, etc.

Hi Lakshmikantha,

under the given path, if KMC is installed, at least on EP6 SP2 the following folder (within the content area, not within detailed navigation) should appear:

Collaboration

com.sap.portal.pdk.srv.configframework

Content Management

Portal Application Configuration

TREX

UWL Configuration

Workflow

If they do not, please check the log files, especially error log under console_logs.

If all this doesn't help, please give at least version infos from System Administration -- Support -- Support Desk -- Version.
