Portal error : Error occured while trying to access framework

Hi,

After logging in to portal with my user i am getting following error:

Error occured while trying to access framework page: "pcd:portal_content/project/ajax/com.company.project.prt.dsk.projectAjaxDesktop/frameworkPages/com.sap.portal.AFPpage",The object does not exist or you are not authorised to access it. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator.

I have also gone through the similar types of issues in sdn where the user is having this issue and it was corrected by admin user.

But in my case, logging in with ADMINISTRATOR user also gives the same error. After logging in i tried using url http://host:50000/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/pcd!3aportal_content!2fcom.sap.pct!2fevery_user!2fgeneral!2fcom.sap.portal.frameworkpage but got the following runtime error:

"Portal runtime error.

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

Exception ID: 01:11_27/07/11_0090_3854350

Refer to the log file for details about this exception".

But i didnt get any help from these as admin user is also having the same issue and in portal nothing is getting displayed except the error text. So as per the note cant change anything.

Here all the users as well as the administrator is having the same issue.

Please can anyone help me to resolve this issue?
