At what exact location do I find the installation file for NWDS04?

Hi!

Another "not-so-clever" question: where exactly is the file for Netweaver Developer Studio 04 installation located? After much trouble I've found the installation guide but this document only mentions a file that should be found on an installation CD. I couldn't believe that you weren't able to find the file on one of the SAP sites but now I'm hesitating. I've spent a lot of time searching for the file but haven't been successful so far so I would be very grateful for any kind of help directing me to the right place!
