Issue related to Comp OFF

Hi Experts

I have an issue in Time Management (Compensatory OFF)

Senario: Employee can avail 2 days leave, if Employee worked on his General Off and Public Holiday (incase of both General OFF and Public Holiday falls on a same day). How to configure this.

Example:

Aug 15 (Monday) is a Public Holiday and every Monday is employee's weekly OFF. If employee works on Aug 15th, system should provide him 2 days leave and he can avail the same in one calander year.

Please suggest the possible ways with steps.
