EP Portal Problem

Hi All,

My EP Portal installation went fine and it said installation done successfully. I have the portal locally on my machine. When I invoke it, I can login but cannot see the tabs on the left side and the display is just empty.

Did anybody have similar problems. Any ideas?

    Hi Vandana,

    We had similar issues with earlier versions of EP i.e. SP3. We then upgraded the portal to SP9 and these issues were resolved.

    Which version of portal are you working on.

    Hi Vandana

    One we also had a same problem as yours but a dirty trick worked magic for us. You can try if it works for the time being. But, you should look at the alternate solution.

    we were logging-on our EP system using:

    http://<IP address>:50000/irj

    we changed <IP address> with <hostname>

    And, it worked for us!!
