Mismatch of actual delivery pending and still to deliver quantities in PO.

Hi All,

At the header level in purchase order, it is showing still to deliver value is more than the actual pending deliveries. this is a service PO case where partial delivery has been done.

Found the resolution. The mismatch in the value was due to incomplete reversals done at one of the line items.I checked the note suggested by you, but in my service PO the case was different Going further, for resolving the mismatch issue i reffered notes 440942,856682 and 1833155 to make the diffrence 0 in actual and still to deliver value.

Hi,

Thank you for your response. But in my Service PO, there is neither any taxes nor any discounts are involved. I have checked each and every line item. But then too, PO shows the wrong 'Still to deliv' difference. Below are the details-->

Ordered value:-- 179,675,572.72

Delivered value:-- 171,432,666.16

Still to deliver:-- 8,824,141.35

Here, the calculation shows actual difference of 8,242,906.56

Had you looked into the OSS note? based on that you should rather post detailed information about the conditions in your PO, as well as info from table EKKO and ESSR as explained and shown in the note

You used the word "Quantity" in the subject - but the purchase order header status tab for service orders does not show quantities, in service orders you get only values.

Anyhow, OSS note 1752475 - ME23N: "Still to be delivered" displays a wrong value explains the design with examples
