Launch the approval workflow automatically when a document is created

Hi

We've created a XML Form project. XML files created with it are in a folder with approval workflow enabled. Is there any method to launch the approval workflow automatically when file is saved through XML Form? Now all XML files are created in status “In process” and users have to change it to launch the workflow process.

Hi Sergio,

you can create a RepositoryService that is called upon creation of documents and moves the approval process one step further on creation.
