web page printing and/or download to Excel

Is someone able to point me in the right direction?

I'm new to web development, although I've created my first Internet report, based on an internal table that spreads across multiple pages. I now need to add buttons to print it (not just the current screen), and to download it all into Excel. Where should I start (other than a training course)?

To download it in Excel use macro mime-download (include AVWRTCXM) if you use SAP ITS, for example.
