BEx Filter in Selection Window Help F4 and User-Exit

Hi.

i need filter in F4 especially for

"#" or "not assigned" characteristic's attribute's value.

With sapbex.xla can i do it easy:

+ F4

+ Value filter

+ Double-click for attribute

+ "=" green-sign for Single value

+ Empty value

= It works.

How can i realize this with user-exit?

I've tried to do it with "#" or "" value

for Customer-Exit Variable in User-Exit (step 2)

= It does not work.

Which sign can i use in User-Exit to do this?

Is this possible?

Is this possible with Authority Object?

Thank you.

    I'm surprised. Something like

    l_s_range-low = '#'.

    l_s_range-sign = 'I'.

    l_s_range-opt = 'EQ'.

    APPEND l_s_range TO e_t_range.

should work. At least it's working in web reports in BW3.0
