Enable Dashboard when B1if service is not install on SQL server 8.81 PL 06

I need to enable the B1if dashboards for 8.81 PL 06. When I select u201CEnable Dashboard Widgetu201D I get u201CInstall SAP Business One Integration Service before enabling the dashboard widgetu201D

The service is running and the SLDs are setup correctly.

I assume the issue is because the B1if service is not installed on the SQL server. But there is no place to put the address of the service. Does anyone have a work around for this issue?
