Hi

Please share all settings need to be done in SAP r/3 for data transfer From Control recipe destination type 2 to some external system via XI/PI.

CRD type 2 = "Download to ext. system, initiated by SAP process management"

How the Process instructions and characteristics of CRD type2 are transferred to some external system via XI/PI.

Hi

We can use this scenario for control systems with destination type 2 (Download initiated by R/3 process management) and w e initiate the download as follows.

u2022 Manually by sending control recipes in the control recipe monitor

u2022 Automatically by using a background job defined in Customizing for Process Management

PP-PI calls the corresponding API of a control system as soon as one control recipe has been created for the control system. Any number of control recipes can be transferred in one function call. The function call is executed as a tRFC and calls function module CONTROL_RECIPE_DOWNLOAD.
