Hi all:

I want to know if there is a possibility to hide data bases for certain user's when they connect to the SBO.

I have to made this by SBO Common permission's, or for each database permission, or it depend's on windows authentification.

Thank's all

    Hi,

You can find complete and comprehensive information in the 2004 version of the DB security guide; it is shipped on the product CD / download.

It has been completely revised and improved a lot!

The solution is about defining and assigning additional DB user roles etc.

    HTH,

    Frank

    PS:

Please note in addition that from version 2005 on you will have to explicitly specify the DBUserName + PWD, if you don't use Single-Sign-On.
