XML to word convert

Hi,

Is there any way to convert XML file to a word document through SAP.

    Hi Vinay,

    Sorry, but NO there is not.

    However there is a way to get the job done (works only with MS Office/MS Word 2000/XP/2003).

    You can save the file simply with the extension .DOC and let MS Word take care of the conversion.

    For this MS Word uses a file called XML2WORD.XSL or XML2WORD.XSLT and this will trigger the conversion from an XML file to a reasonable readable format WORD file.

    You are able to create your own XSL or XSLT file (but you need the knowledge for that).

    Do NOT confuse it with the old XML2WORD tool (used for mail merge, info on website: http://users.skynet.be/saw/xml2word.htm )
