Hi all,
Has anyone of you have any experience with very large messages? We are trying to send a 250 MB flat (fixed length) file using the J2EE Adapter Engine (with content conversion).
It takes more than 2 days to even get the file into the Adapter Engine. Is there a way to upload a file in a more efficient way?
Kind regards,
Christiaan Schaake.
Hey Christiaan,
We are experiencing the same kind of problem. The problems are in the bugs still existing in SP9. Try to patch the system to SP10, at least, or to the latest level of SP9 (the most recent patches). Plus, try to configure your Integration Engine for large size message processing. I dont remember where, but you can allocate additional queues for large messages and do some other stuff as well. Check SXMB_ADM, integration engine configuration and look at the categories for help. You might find some info regarding what parameters you need to setup in your environment.
Regards,
D~
