Can I change number series from 19 to 18 for DR document type

Hi,

I have given number ranges 18 series document number for DR document type in FBN1 but it has taken 19 series document number. 19 series document number relating to KR document type. I have already posted some tranasactions in 19 series document number in DR invoice entry. Can I change number series from 19 to 18?

I don't understand where the integration between these number series and DR document.

Please suggest good solution.

Thanks,

Gangaraju

    Dear:

Whatever number range you assign to document type in OBA7 will be used in FBN1 against that. This is where integration is used . Check for KR in OBA7 what is assigned there.

    Hi,

yes you can change the number series to 18.

go to fbn1 and make sure that number interval 18 is created for your company code for the current fiscal yr. Then go to OBA7 and double click on DR doc type. Assign 18 in the number range field.
