I have a query regarding employer PF calculation for employees who are getting basic more that 6500, but as per company policy the PF employer share is getting deducted on 6500, now the problem is that in case an employees goes on unpaid leave then his employer PF share is not getting reduced and PF employer is still 780, but the client requirement is that even employer PF share should also get reduced.
Ex:
employee A:
Basic = 12000
er pf deducted on PF basis = 6500
er pf amt = 780
now in case employee takes one day unpaid leave
er pf amt = 780. wherein client wants that pf amount should also get deducted
Really appreciate help on the same.
