workset integration

Hi,

If I create a new workset viat the workset editor in the Portal Content Studio of EP6, how can I add that new workset to the top level navigation. I.e. when I log into the portal, I would like to see my workset next to the User Administration workset (tab).

Thanks!

-Vu

    Hi Vu,

    1. Change the entry point of the workset to Yes. Assign this workset to role.

    2. Change the entry point of the assigned to role to No. This will hide the role name and the workset name appears in the top.

    3. Sort priority can have value from 0.0 to 100.0. Check the value for User Administration role and modify accordingly.

    Regards,

    Hi Vu,

You can create a role and attach the workset to the role.

Make properties Display in portal - "yes" and change the sort priority to place it besides any tab. Attach the role to the user.

    Thanks,

    Praveen
