Minisap, Add Developer

Hi all,

today my minisap 4.6D don't show me (BCUSER) like a developer. I can't create new functions, new BOR... I've had a windows with follow text :

"Your are not registered as a developer. Please register in the Online Service System (OSS). In the OSS you will receive an access key."

Ok but where can i do that ?
