Storage unit cannot be confirmed; Message no. L3250

Dear Experts,

When I try to create TO on a storage unit, I get the above error message.

I found that there is a data inconsistency in field LEIN-AOFTA (number of open TO items).

No. of open TO items = 1 where as actually there are no open TO items.

Please let me know how can we correct this?
