Batch characteristics

Hi,

I have batch class and std characteristic like expiry date and production daye in batch class.

Also I have created one characteristic like health certificate number.

WE dont have QM here.

Now while GR(MIGO), the expiry date and production date will autmatically default in the batch caharacteristics, how I can populate health certificate.

I know we can do by going to MSC2N, but user point of view, is there any method to put this number while GR, what is std practice for these charactristics?

Did you assign your newly created Batch char to your Batch class, if so then automatically the new batch char will populate while doing GRN....also after assignment check in your Material master also whether the new char is populating r not...

Now new characteristic is populating while GR.

Is there any report to see this characteristic value of all material/batch combination.

In MSC3N , e have to and find out characteristic value of each bathc one by one.

Is there any std report for this?

I dont think so there is any std report, check with table INOB and AUSP...................
