Payslip Error,

Dear Experts,

I am facing a problem in payslip.

An employee joined on 30/10/2010.

Client paid two working days amount in November month.

And employee had two LWPs in November month.

Now when i cheque his payslip for November month, it is showing LWP: 2 days for two times but where as LWP should display for only one time.

Check RT tables. Then LWP wage type is there for only one time.

And i am clueless how to proceed further.

Kindly help me in solving this issue.

regards,

Surekha

CAn you confirm what table & field name you have maintained for LWP? Also, are you using and wage type for LOP deduction?

    Hi,

Check in PE51 --> form name which is used for payslip view

In that go to Single field value, there you can find from where the value is pulled in the payslip.

As suggested check the mapping. Probably you can map these field with some field twice... also let us know where you have put this tht is in window or single field. If it is window then there may be repition of wage type.... Hence let us know the mapping you did.

In payroll results, it is posted on 30/10/2010 for two times,

      1. First record with LWP days

      2. And second record with Paid days

So what i understood from this is they posted results before and after deleting 2001 infotype.

And suggest me, is it possible to stop LWP without dispalying in payslip.

      regards,

      Surekha
