reg messages in SAP while using MES

Dear Experts,

WE are using SAP to create and release Process orders where as Goods issue, confirmation and goods receipt done in MES

using a middleware through control recipes

please let me know in SAP how do I know that GI is done, CNF is done, GR is done

any messages will come IN CO54 or process order that the above actions are done

Please explain

Hi,

You need to look for RFC BAPI's which will update respective proces order status into SAP e.g. say when you carry out confirmation in MES for process order BAPI will update process order status as PCNF / CNF via middleware.

For this you need to take help of your technical consultants as well as MES & middleware people as well since you people only will be able to decide on suitable solution for the same.
