PO release strategy status

is there any standard T code where i can get to know status of any PO pending for approval ie at which level this PO is waiting for approval

No You cannot.If you want to check all the pending PO's for release staregy the you can check in ME2N also with Dynamic selectionPurchasing document headerRelease Indicator -As PO not released.

Here you will have all the PO's pending for approvals.. and also partially release PO's..

i am understanding what you are telling

first of all i dont want go for any report i.e no customized report

2ndly in roles and authorization which i have created i have put tcode me29n for approving any po no use of me28 for approving purpose

so for that only i just want that these option i should hide if possible i.e release /cancel/(release +save) etc you can find this at header level in me28

any spro setting else we can use variant i guess

We don't know what are the condition, strategy codes, release status etc defined in your system so without this knowledge only one proper solution seems to be SE16n for EKKO where field FRGRL is X.

After execute it you will se all PO pending of approval.

You can use quick view report SQVI to create your own report based on this table EKKO, you can include there release code, strategy, status and even connect with table which contain history of PO to see when PO was accepted.

please suggest in me28 if i want to hide the option like release,cancel release,release+save,release strategy from where i can do that i,e i just want this tcode to be used as report only

This is std report you don't have the options to hide the fields, if want to develop the report with same logic ask your techinal team and you can hide the fields which are not requried..

You display through ME28 T-code and also through ME2N with selection of dynamic selection at header level.

Use report ME2N ,Select dynamic selection ,filter on release code and add the condition as not equal to '08/09'-final release indicator.it will gives you list of unreleased PO.

Hi Atul,

You can use SE16N. Give Table name EKKO & Choose Release Indicator field FRGKE.

Release Indicator-B for Blocked & Release Indicator -R for Released.

Select Release Indicator-B & execute. You will get the report for blocked POs
