ABAP Add on paremeters!

Hi,

We are implementing Nakisa 30 SP1.

1) I'm trying to maintain few ABAP Add on parameters (Admin Console->Data Center) like Scale ID etc. but after some time, they return to the old default values. Can you please guide me, how to do that so that they do not return to their originial values.

2) In succession planning, when we go to My Work Area->My Org. Units click any Org. Units to view associated positions. Each position can further be drilled down to its successors. Same can be seen in detail panel, if we click that position box. This was happening for us few days back but now its not happening. I mean, I can still see successors of position in detail panel but not by drilling down position box to open another successor box below it.I am getting below error in CDS Log:

16743. 21 Jul 2011 11:22:40 ERROR com.nakisa.Logger - java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.nakisa.framework.data.DataTable.select(java.lang.String) of an object loaded from local variable '<10>'

16818. 21 Jul 2011 11:23:40 ERROR com.nakisa.Logger - java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "9B4C586743878BC29BC5C61426E9A0597A2C2C1B"

Please help!

Thanks,

Prashant

    Hi Prashant,

The values should not return to the default values. Have you tried to manually customize the XML file? If the XML becomes invalid it will load the default file.

I'm not sure why the second would have just stopped randomly. Have you performed any configurations or customizations to the orgchart or view configurations?

Have you tried to stop and strat the service in NWA?

    Thanks,

    Luke
