Manager wants to see non-team members calendar in his Team Calendar

Hi,

There are some specific cases where a manager wants to see the calendar of a person in another team. As per our current settings the team calendar shows only the calendar of direct reportees.

Is there any way to handle such adhoc requirements? It's only for team calendar for vieweing leave days ... nothing related to leave approval or any other stuff.

    But I do not understand ....what you mean when you say (members in other teams)....

    How can you classify such case in SAP HR language....

    means...is it all other employees in the organization....?
