PR can not be created in subcontract process

Dear All,

I am testing subcontract process

process as: from Production order (PP02)-->PR-->Purchase order-->GI-->CC-->GR

However, when we create production order, PR is not created automatically.

Even i configure OPL8 for auto created

ANd i check Prod order, header still show auto create PR, but in operation, this field shown " 1"= never create PR.

Please help me fix it
